About

.Rita Nettelstad raises and problematizes questions about perception and the dominance of sight. She explore interdisciplinary possibilities and collaborations. Mediums such as moving images, installation and performance are interwoven in an evolving investigation of the relationship between figurative and abstract art. The scale vary from large projections to small intimate screens, together with objects, drawings, and text the mediation becomes an art piece in itself. Her visual language oscillates between the personal, philosophical and art historical references.
